Intro to Zoho

Zoho Pivot Table

Zoho Writer & Zoho Sheet were time consuming to use. When using the spreadsheet I found a lot of hiccups in the way the cells merge and how quickly you can loose your information and not be able to undo or retrieve it. I would not recommend Zoho apps for a business because I did not find it user friendly. Google on the other hand is very user friendly even when they make updates they still make it easy to use. Having loss of connection seemed to be an issue with Zoho as well but not with Google. The only pros in my opinion on Zoho are the way messages pop up and how easily you can get to them its almost like the Facebook messages its instant.

In conclusion, I would side with Google when it comes to running a cloud based business. Google has more to offer and it is very user friendly with hardly any errors.

Spreadsheets-Ad Valorum

Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets on Google are just as user friendly as the Microsoft version. The benefit to the Google version is that you can go online and share your document and also collaborate. Like all Google apps if the internet is down then so are you because you can not access your documents or spreadsheets that would be the only negative.

Google Forms

Google Forms

Google forms are a great way for a business to get responses and tally numbers on a spreadsheet. Its really cool how it timestamps and keeps a running total. The only dislike I have is that if you delete the form there is no way of getting it back. I accidentally did that and clicked undo and it was lost for good. I like how you can creatively design your form too.
